Administrative Support Role
Orion Electrotek is seeking an experienced and organized individual to fill a key administrative position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct them to relevant staff members.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors, directing them, and maintaining front-desk reception duties.
- Effectively manage files and update paperwork, both physical and digital.
- Schedule meetings and appointments, send invitations to attendees, and maintain office supplies.
- Sort and distribute mail, organize office communications, and keep the office well-organized.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of office software and equipment, including printers and copiers.
- Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
Requirements:
- A diploma or higher in a related field.
- Fluent English communication skills.
