Corporate Transactions Executive

About the Role:

We seek a seasoned professional to lead corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of deal execution, client relationship management, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transaction Leadership: Spearhead end-to-end transaction execution, including origination, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and closing.
  • Client Advisory: Provide strategic counsel to clients on potential transactions, ensuring alignment with their long-term objectives.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses.
  • Deal Structuring: Design deal structures that meet client needs while maximizing value. Oversee negotiations of terms, pricing, and legal documentation.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, banks, and other third-party advisors.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for clients.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on financial analysis, client presentations, and deal execution.

Requirements:

  • Education: MBA in Finance or related field.
  • Experience: 8-12 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or private equity raises, with a strong track record of deal advisory experience.
