Job Title: Fashion Sales

We are seeking a results-driven Fashion Sales professional to join our team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, boutiques, and retail outlets.

  • Promote and sell Fashion collections (ethnic wear, western wear, coord sets, short dresses, etc.) to offline customers.
  • Generate new leads and convert them into long-term customers (B2B and B2C).
  • Conduct product presentations, explain features/benefits, and handle customer queries effectively.
  • Monitor customer preferences and provide feedback to the merchandising/production team.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  2. Maintain accurate records of sales performance, customer interactions, and market trends.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  4. Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
