As a Program Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for learners in the LATAM region, providing exceptional support and ensuring seamless program delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess superior written and verbal communication skills in Spanish/Portuguese, flexibility to work non-traditional hours, and a willingness to navigate multiple communication channels.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Learner Support: Respond to inquiries across email, chat, WhatsApp, and voice channels, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions that enhance learner satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to manage program timelines and address learner concerns efficiently.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to enhance program delivery and learner experience.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all communications meet quality standards and brand guidelines.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Enrollment & Application Management: Process applications, ensure eligibility, and maintain timely admissions workflows.
  • Participant Support: Handle inquiries related to enrollment, payments, refunds, deferments, course access, and certificates across various channels.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Program Support teams to address participant issues effectively.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Exceptional language skills in Spanish/Portuguese and English.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours.
  • Prior customer service or learner support experience.
  • Tech-savviness with LMS, digital learning tools, or CRM platforms.
  • Adaptability and organizational skills.
