Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned project coordinator to support the delivery of corporate volunteer programs in Bengaluru, India.

The selected candidate will work closely with our team to provide project management and logistical support, ensuring seamless execution of program activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and select potential host client organizations and develop project scopes that meet their specific needs.
  • Support host clients in preparing for corporate volunteer arrivals and coordinate stakeholder meetings.
  • Participate in conference calls with corporate volunteers and provide guidance on project delivery.
  • Act as the primary interface between our organization and partner organizations, facilitating regular communication and coordination.
  • Prepare comprehensive program reports, including financial and final reports.

Logistics:

  • Assist in arranging accommodations and transportation for corporate volunteers.
  • Coordinate program launch and closing events for corporate volunteers and host clients.
  • Develop project guides and suggest logistics arrangements.
  • Orient new corporate volunteers upon arrival.
  • Manage project travel logistics for corporate volunteers while in Bengaluru.
  • Monitor and advise on security arrangements for corporate volunteers.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  1. Must be based in Bengaluru with extensive knowledge of the area.
  2. College degree in project management, organizational development, sustainability, or related field.
  3. Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
  4. Exceptional writing and communication skills.
  5. Ability to conduct gap and SWOT analysis and develop project scopes with limited supervision.
