Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced quality engineer to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality filtration solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of raw materials, monitoring in-process production, and maintaining compliance with defined standards.

  • Inspect and Verify: Raw materials, components, and parts against specifications and purchase orders.
  • Prepare Inspection Reports: Escalate any deviations found and participate in First Article Inspections (FAI) and sample approval processes.

In this role, you will conduct in-process quality checks across production stages, identify real-time defects or process deviations, and initiate immediate corrective actions. Additionally, you will ensure adherence to quality checkpoints and control plans on the shop floor.

Collaboration with production supervisors and operators is crucial for implementing quality standards and supporting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) for defects or non-conformities.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with 3–5 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of quality inspection methods, gauging techniques, and measurement tools, as well as strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
