Job Title: QA Manager – Solar Module Mounting Structures

Chemi Tech Group is a leading player in the solar industry with expertise in trading, EPC, and manufacturing. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Jaipur produces high-quality solar module mounting structures to support India's growing renewable energy sector.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a QA Manager to lead the Quality Assurance function at our Jaipur factory. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, compliance with industry standards, and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Implement and monitor quality control and assurance processes for solar MMS manufacturing

* Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods

* Develop and maintain QA documentation including QAPs, SOPs, and inspection reports

* Ensure compliance with ISO, customer, and industry standards

* Coordinate with production, design, and procurement teams to resolve quality issues

* Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for defects

* Train shop-floor teams on quality standards and procedures

* Handle third-party inspections and customer audits

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in QA/QC in metal fabrication or structural steel industry (solar MMS experience preferred)

* Strong understanding of welding, galvanization, and fabrication quality standards

* Knowledge of QA tools, ISO documentation, and quality management systems

* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Metallurgy Engineering preferred
