We are rapidly expanding our operations in India, focusing on manufacturing excellence, sustainable construction solutions, and operational efficiency. Our efforts include introducing innovative AAC wall systems to modernize construction, utilizing India as a strategic sourcing hub for global markets, and maintaining international leadership in sustainability and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily production activities and ensure quality standards are met.
- Analyze process data to propose improvements in efficiency and yield.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime.
- Support trials of new materials, processes, or technologies.
- Document production results and prepare loss analyses.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering fields.
- 0–3 years of production or manufacturing experience; new graduates welcome.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma tools advantageous.
