Job Requirements:
We are looking for a customer service executive who has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional telephone etiquette. The ideal candidate should be helpful, empathetic, and enthusiastic about customer service. Preference will be given to freshers with experience in UK/US inbound calling, preferably in the banking domain.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will answer all inbound queries as per call flow procedure, ensure adherence to process to guarantee high-quality customer service, follow escalation procedures for issues uncontrollable at the agent level, achieve first call resolution, and maintain break schedule adherence. They will also participate in motivational activities and implement feedback given during monitoring sessions, update various logs, and ensure data security – proprietary customer data.
