Corporate Leasing & Marketing Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive our corporate leasing and marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of maximizing occupancy and rental yield in commercial properties.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive leasing strategy for corporate offices and retail spaces.
  • Lead office leasing initiatives, including prospecting, site visits, financial deal structuring, negotiations, and closures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate tenants, IPCs, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance of contracts and agreements.
  • Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and tenant onboarding processes.
  • Analyze market intelligence, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform pricing, leasing, and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and implement CRM initiatives to enhance tenant satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Align leasing and marketing activities with corporate governance, compliance, and sustainability goals.
Requirements:
  • 6-15 years of experience in Corporate Leasing (Office & Retail), with at least 3 years of core office leasing experience.
  • Strong expertise in customer relationship management, IPC channel management, and contract negotiations.
  • Working knowledge of legal and compliance requirements in leasing.
  • Exposure to marketing, branding, and promotional activities in commercial real estate projects preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
