Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Leasing Executive/Manager based in Noida. The Senior Leasing Executive/Manager will be responsible for handling commercial leasing, conducting lease negotiations, overseeing lease administration, and managing lease agreements. Daily tasks will involve market research to stay updated on real estate trends, identifying potential clients, preparing leasing documents, and maintaining strong tenant relations to ensure maximum occupancy.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Commercial Leasing, Lease Negotiations, and Lease Administration
  • Proficiency in managing lease agreements and understanding Leases
  • Strong skills in conducting Market Research to monitor real estate trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant experience in the real estate industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
