Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida/NCR for a Commercial Real Estate Sales and Leasing Manager. The manager will be responsible for managing sales and leasing activities for commercial properties. Day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, creating marketing strategies, negotiating transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The manager will also oversee property listings, coordinate property viewings, and manage lease agreements and sales contracts.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Real Property management skills
  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the New Delhi/NCR real estate market is a plus
