Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Manager located in Noida. The Real Estate Manager will oversee day-to-day property management activities, handle lease administration, and ensure efficient execution of commercial and residential leases. Additional responsibilities include conducting market analysis, coordinating with clients, and maintaining property-related documentation.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Property Management and Lease Administration
  • Proficiency in handling Leases and Real Estate transactions
  • Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate practices
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
