Job Title: Senior Floating Systems Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Floating Systems Engineer, you will be an integral member of our regional Integrity Management squad team. Your primary role will be to ensure the regional floating assets are managed in a condition that delivers the company's safety and business goals.

Delivering Key Projects:
You will be responsible for delivering regional floating systems and structural integrity management plans based on company guidance and industry codes. This includes asset floating systems and structural inspection, monitoring, and maintenance strategies to resolve facility current conditions. You will also handle significant deterioration in topside structural, hull, and mooring conditions or any deviation following the floating systems performance standards through the anomaly management process.

Leadership Role:
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for defining the floating systems and structural engineering scope of work for brownfield projects and providing technical assurance for third-party engineering deliveries. You will maintain relationships with third-party providers and contractors, ensuring design and operations follow industry codes and technical practices and performance standards.

Team Collaboration:
You will support junior field engineers in achieving certified professional status through field industry associations and act as a role model for junior field engineers with a willingness to find time to mentor and develop their technical and communication skills.

Operational Experience:
You must have operating experience in integrity management support for offshore floating platforms, proven record in leading the inspection, inspection data management, analysis, fitness-for-service, modification, and repair of structures during the operating phase. You must also have experience and deep technical understanding of risk and integrity management in operation of O&G facilities.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a BSc or BEng (UK), BSc (US), or international equivalent in civil/structural engineering, naval architecture, ocean engineering, or a closely aligned field. You must also have certifications such as Chartered engineer, professional engineer, or near chartered/professional status in a closely aligned field, or evidence of progression towards full chartered/professional status.
