Senior SAP Delivery Operations Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Delivery Operations Lead to oversee service delivery, incident and problem management, and ensure the smooth operation of SAP applications across business units. This role requires a strong background in SAP support models, stakeholder management, and continuous service improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage SAP AMS operations across multiple modules and landscapes, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes to ensure timely resolution and SLA compliance, maintaining high-quality service delivery to clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders and IT leadership for AMS-related issues, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Monitor and track service delivery performance, ensuring adherence to defined SLAs, KPIs, and governance standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams to ensure effective resource utilization and 24/7 support coverage, leveraging expertise from diverse locations.
  • Drive service improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, and proactive problem prevention, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Support financial management of AMS contracts, including tracking effort, costs, and renewals, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and best practices for SAP AMS delivery, upholding the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with project teams during rollouts, upgrades, and transition to steady-state support, facilitating seamless handovers and minimizing disruptions.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of SAP experience with at least 5+ years in AMS/Service Delivery Management, demonstrating expertise and leadership skills.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP incident, problem, and change management processes, with hands-on experience with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, Solution Manager, Jira).
  • Proven track record in managing onshore/offshore support models, with strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices in AMS delivery, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
