Job Overview:

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Resource Manager to oversee contractors who are part of the CIAM and SIEM & SOAR teams.

The Resource Manager will manage day-to-day operations, ensure offshore team meets performance standards, and align their work with company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Oversee contractors, ensuring they meet job responsibilities and performance standards.
  • Coordination: Facilitate communication and cross-functional collaboration between contractors and onshore teams.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and assess contractor performance, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans as necessary.
  • Resource Allocation: Ensure offshore team is adequately staffed and resources are allocated efficiently to meet project deadlines.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with offshore vendors, ensuring contracts are adhered to and quality of work meets standards.
  • Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on offshore team performance and progress to senior management.
  • Compliance: Ensure offshore operations comply with policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and opportunities for contractors to enhance skills and knowledge.
