As a strategic business leader, you will play a vital role in driving cross-functional initiatives and solving complex problems with first-principle thinking.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work closely with the CEO on high-impact projects that require collaboration across different business functions.

The role involves working with various teams to identify and address process inefficiencies, manage key partnerships, and support HR and organizational level initiatives.

  • Collaborate with Sales to optimize revenue growth through identifying funnel leakages, shaping pricing strategies, and enabling the team with better processes and tools.
  • Work closely with Customer Success to drive outcomes on critical KPIs such as trial conversions, onboarding health, retention, and churn – through both strategic inputs and process design.
  • Own and drive key partnerships (e.g. payment providers, enablement tools) ensuring seamless coordination across teams and timely execution.
  • Lead company-wide initiatives in collaboration with HR – from improving onboarding processes to driving org health projects.
  • Support strategic hiring efforts – from workforce planning to closing key roles, especially in Sales, CS, and Ops.
  • Drive revenue and capacity planning, working with the CEO and team leads to ensure resources and targets are aligned.
  • Design and maintain key business metrics and dashboards, ensuring accurate, actionable data is available for decision-making.
