About This Role

As an Investment Manager, you will play a key part in driving business growth and success across various markets. Working closely with Relationship Managers, your primary focus will be on managing and selling insurance products to clients through diverse channels.

Main Responsibilities

  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Work collaboratively with Relationship Managers to drive the sale of insurance products.
    • Promote and sell insurance products to existing and potential customers through established relationships.
    • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business goals with your team.
    • Develop new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
  • Client Consultation:
    • Evaluate clients' insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations.
    • Clearly explain insurance policies and coverage options to clients.
    • Assist clients with the application process and ensure proper documentation.
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients regarding their insurance policies.
    • Address client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns related to insurance products.
    • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Compliance and Documentation:
    • Ensure all insurance transactions comply with company regulations and policies.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions in the company system.
    • Stay updated with changes in insurance laws and regulations.
  • Training and Development:
    • Participate in ongoing training programs to stay current with industry trends and product knowledge.
    • Share best practices and knowledge with team members to improve overall performance.

Requirements

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the banking or insurance industry.

3. Strong knowledge of insurance products and services.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience:

  1. Minimum 5 years' experience in life insurance sector.
  2. Fresher candidates must come from reputable insurance institutes.
