Key Role Summary

Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Email Security Professional to deliver exceptional email security solutions for our clients.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Deploy and configure comprehensive email security solutions to ensure robust threat protection.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique security requirements and design tailored configurations.
  • Investigate and resolve complex email-related issues, including phishing, malware, encryption, and policy enforcement.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support handover materials for seamless client transitions.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs and certifications to enhance expertise in email security solutions.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in email security or cybersecurity.
  • Hands-on experience with leading email security tools, such as Mimecast, Cisco Secure Email (IronPort), Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Symantec/Broadcom, Barracuda, Trend Micro, Fortinet, etc.
  • In-depth understanding of email protocols: SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC.
  • Strong networking knowledge and familiarity with email routing, filtering, and encryption concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Proofpoint solutions, including admin console, policy configuration, TAP, DLP.
  • Knowledge of cyber threat vectors, phishing techniques, and remediation strategies.
  • Experience working with SIEM or SOAR platforms, such as Splunk, QRadar.
