**Project Coordinator Role**

The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing, overseeing, and implementing projects within a defined scope, timeline, and budget. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

  • Set project timeline and ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor project deliverables and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress through regular communication.
  • Coach and support project team members with tasks assigned to them.
  • Proper documentation is necessary for all projects.
  • Lead and manage all MEP activities across projects, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, ELV systems.
  • Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors for seamless integration.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international codes and safety regulations.
  • Oversee procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiations for MEP services.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure adherence to design and safety standards.
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Implement energy-efficient and sustainable MEP solutions.
  • Manage project documentation, reporting, and risk mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in MEP project coordination.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of green building practices and energy codes is a plus.
