Job Title: Financial Project Coordinator

We are seeking a capable, hands-on coordinator to strengthen our finance function and uphold our commitment to performance and precision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, monitor, and control project financial plans in collaboration with project managers.
  • Track actual project expenses versus budgets, particularly staff time allocation and related expenditures.
  • Identify variances, trends, and potential overruns; propose corrective actions proactively.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain real-time visibility of staff deployment across projects.
  • Collaborate with the human resources department and project leads to track man-hours and ensure efficient resource utilization.
  • Support project scheduling with cost-effectiveness insights.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; certified management accountant (CMA) or chartered accountant (CA) certification is a plus.
  • 8–10 years of experience in financial coordination, preferably in a project-based or consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding of project accounting, time tracking, and resource management systems.
