Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum facilitator to oversee the development process and ensure that our products align with customer needs and business objectives.

This role involves leading agile methodologies, possessing excellent communication skills, and effectively managing multiple tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile principles, experience in Scrum, and the ability to facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to help the team remove obstacles that hinder progress, act as a servant leader to the development team, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Our Scrum facilitator will also be responsible for ensuring that the Scrum process is followed, tracking and managing project progress using Agile tools and techniques, and measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of the Scrum process.
