We're an early-stage startup with experienced founders who have a proven track record across multinational companies and startups. The ideal candidate will work closely with our team to drive business growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic financial plans, forecasts, and models.
  • Track and report key financial metrics to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Oversee daily bookkeeping and monthly financial closures to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory regulations.
  • Prepare accurate management information systems (MIS) and financial statements to facilitate data-driven insights.
  • Analyze marketing expenditures and return on investment (ROI) to optimize resource allocation.
  • Drive operational efficiency to improve profitability by analyzing costs and streamlining processes.
  • Manage cash flow forecasting, vendor payments, and reconciliations to maintain liquidity and credibility.
  • Support financial projections, board presentations, and due diligence to inform strategic business decisions.

The ideal candidate should possess a CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification and 3–6 years of experience in finance roles, preferably in D2C, e-commerce, FMCG, or retail.

A strong foundation in financial planning, taxation, and compliance is essential, along with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, financial modeling, and MIS.
