Senior Finance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Professional to lead our finance team. The role requires strong financial leadership, strategic planning, and analytical expertise to support business decision-making and drive growth.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to effectively lead and manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for business units. They must also be able to partner with senior management to provide insights into revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for monitoring financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlighting variances with actionable recommendations. You will also be tasked with managing end-to-end accounting, compliance, taxation, and internal control processes.

Furthermore, the successful candidate will conduct financial modeling, business case preparation, and return on investment (ROI) analysis for new projects and investments. They must ensure adherence to relevant financial regulatory guidelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business goals.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Mandatory Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA)
  • 12–15 years of progressive finance experience with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role, preferably in IT/Consulting
  • Strong exposure to financial analysis, business partnering, and strategic decision support
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations
