Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Strategist to join our team.

  • Creative duties will include campaign planning, ideation, scriptwriting, and copywriting across multiple brands from various industries.
  • You will work closely with the New Business team on creative ideation and develop a compelling showcase for pitches.
  • Presentation of the entire creative plan for any campaign or narration of scripts to clients will be a key responsibility.
  • Maintaining award-winning standards in creative work and pursuing recognition through awards is essential.
  • Regular reporting to the Creative Lead for direction, feedback, and references on campaigns and tasks will be required.
  • Daily coordination with the Integrated Solutions Team (account planning + client servicing) on tasks ranging from topical posts to annual campaign strategies is necessary.
  • You will provide visual direction to the graphic design team on concepts and ideas.
  • Breaking down complex briefs for junior creatives to ensure a smooth process will be crucial.
  • Revision work based on internal or external feedback, setting realistic timelines, and meeting client goals will be vital.
  • Active presentation throughout the production process, from idea generation to final product upload, is essential.
  • In-depth research on the brand, competition, target audience, and brand needs will be necessary.

  • Knowledge of moment marketing campaigns and the ability to propose topical content and campaigns proactively is essential.
