  • Deliver actionable insights on profitability and cash flow, recommending actions to improve margins.
  • Provide financial expertise to business leaders, supporting strategic planning and investment decisions.
  • Establish centralized repositories for deal pricing and track key performance indicators.
  • Monitor OPEX, enforce budget controls, and ensure adherence to financial discipline.
