Opcenter MDD Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Opcenter MDD Lead to fill this key role.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in implementing and upgrading Opcenter Execution Medical Device and Diagnostics systems. Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing component installations and upgrades of the Opcenter system.
  • Configuring interfaces using Opcenter Connect MOM.
  • Implementing Level 2 integrations via OPC UA for machine connectivity.
  • Developing Level 4 interfaces for SAP MES integration.
  • Executing master data and configuration migrations to higher environments.
  • Collaborating with infrastructure teams to ensure application requirements are met.
  • Utilizing Siemens standard reporting tools for generating operational and compliance reports.

Required qualifications include:

  • Proven experience with Siemens Opcenter Execution MDD - Medical Device and Diagnostics.
  • Strong hands-on experience in component installations and upgrades, interface configurations, and master data/configuration migrations.
  • Solid understanding of infrastructure requirements related to MES (network, database, hosting).

Preferred skills include familiarity with MES modeling, Designer and Portal Studio, and qualification frameworks.

Key Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in implementing and upgrading Opcenter Execution Medical Device and Diagnostics systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Opcenter component installations and upgrades.
  • Familiarity with Opcenter Connect MOM.
  • Experience with Level 2 integrations via OPC UA.
  • Knowledge of SAP MES integration.
  • Understanding of infrastructure requirements for MES implementation.
