Key Role for Social Media Growth

This is a strategic role to lead the social media growth engine of our astrology ecosystem.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for owning the social media P&L across all brands and driving brand visibility, community reach, and measurable revenue via various platforms.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of experience leading social media for high-growth consumer brands and a proven track record of growing accounts from 100k to 1M+ or driving multi-crore revenue via social.

They will also have a strong grip on paid + organic integration (ads, influencer collabs, affiliate tie-ins) and analytical and creative skills in equal measure.

The successful candidate will be able to build viral campaigns & storytelling hooks tied to astrology, spirituality, and cultural moments, and run performance-driven funnels from social → landing pages → conversions.

They will also be able to manage and mentor designers, editors, copywriters, influencers, and agencies, and expand community ecosystems on WhatsApp, Telegram, and closed groups—turn followers into loyal customers.

We are looking for someone who can collaborate with our Growth, Product, and Marketing teams to align social with revenue, brand, and employer branding.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about spirituality/astrology or open to immersing in the category, and have excellent storytelling, positioning, and community engagement skills.
