Position Overview

We are seeking a data-driven and creative Social Media Analyst to monitor, analyze, and optimize social media performance across multiple platforms. The Social Media Analyst will track key metrics, generate insights, and provide recommendations to enhance engagement, reach, and campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze performance of social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, CTR, and sentiment.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards with actionable insights.
  • Identify trends, audience behaviors, and emerging platforms.
  • Conduct competitor and industry benchmarking.
  • Support campaign planning with data-backed strategies.
  • Work with creative and content teams to suggest optimizations for posts, ads, and campaigns.
  • Analyze hashtags, keywords, and sentiment for better targeting.
  • Monitor viral content, influencers, and trending conversations.
  • Ensure social media activities align with overall communication and outreach strategy.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2–5 years) in social media analytics or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Twitter Analytics, YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
  • Excellent skills in Excel/Google Sheets, data visualization, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of SEO, digital advertising, and paid campaign tracking (preferred).
  • Strong analytical thinking with ability to translate data into insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
