About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. As an SRE, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, scalability, and operational excellence of our financial platforms.

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver highly reliable financial applications and data services that meet the demanding requirements of accuracy, compliance, and availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure financial platforms meet defined service level agreements (SLAs), service level objectives (SLOs), and service level indicators (SLIs) for performance, reliability, and uptime.
  • Build automation for deployments, monitoring, scaling, and self-healing capabilities to reduce manual effort and operational risk.
  • Implement and maintain comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and logging for financial applications and data pipelines.
  • Lead and participate in on-call rotations, perform root cause analysis, and drive improvements to prevent recurrence of production issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Production Engineering, ideally supporting financial or mission-critical applications.
  • Strong experience with monitoring/observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, and financial system integrations from an operational support perspective.
