Job Description:

As a key member of our marketing division, you will spearhead paid marketing efforts across various platforms. This role demands technical expertise, analytical skills, and experience in managing large-scale budgets in high-growth environments.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing end-to-end performance marketing strategies for Bambinos.live.
  • Planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
  • Leading budget planning, allocation, and ROI tracking to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Building and managing a high-quality performance marketing funnel to achieve CAC, LTV, and payback period benchmarks.
  • Conducting rapid experiments with creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborating with creative, product, and data teams to drive conversion rate optimization and campaign impact.
  • Implementing robust tracking and reporting mechanisms using tools like GA4, GTM, AppsFlyer, or equivalent.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and platform innovations to maximize performance.

Requirements:

  • 6–10 years of experience in performance marketing, with a minimum of 2–3 years in a fast-growing D2C brand.
  • Proven track record of managing significant monthly ad spends across multiple platforms.
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, with strong technical know-how in campaign setup, attribution, and optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in cohort analysis, funnel tracking, and performance dashboards.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, or equivalent.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work cross-functionally with creative, product, and growth teams.
  • Bias for action, experimentation, and data-driven decision making.
