Job Title

We are seeking a skilled IT Service Delivery Manager to lead cross-functional project teams and deliver complex development projects on time, within scope, and budget.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing detailed project plans in collaboration with the Project Owner and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
  • The manager will also support quality assurance goals and participate in all release management cycles, including quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • In addition, they will coach project teams in Agile/Scrum methodologies and implement project management processes.
  • The manager will manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • They will measure project performance using suitable metrics and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Furthermore, the manager will perform risk management to minimize project risks and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
Requirements
  • The ideal candidate should possess excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities, are essential.
  • A solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, project management, software development life cycle, and software quality assurance methodologies is required.
  • Experience in working with remote teams and using Agile performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement is desirable.
