Project Director Opportunity

As a seasoned Project Director, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and overseeing end-to-end project execution, delivery, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.
  • Manage scope, timeline, and budget for assigned projects, fostering a culture of efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Review proposals, estimations, and resource allocation to optimize project delivery.
  • Mentor team members, identify skill gaps, and plan training initiatives to enhance their capabilities.
  • Establish robust governance and structured project reporting mechanisms to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication and relationship management.
  • Promote and implement best practices, quality processes, and change management strategies to drive project success.
  • Evaluate and adopt innovative tools, methods, and policies to improve project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements & Experience:

  • 8-18 years of experience in Project Management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong expertise in project and delivery management, with excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Proficiency in business development and account mining, with a strong understanding of market trends and competitor analysis.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of project management software and tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
  • Change management and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience in facilitating workshops and meetings.
