Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to spearhead our architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in managing complex projects from conceptualization to delivery.

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely execution. They will also develop and implement project plans, coordinate with stakeholders, and monitor progress against set goals.

In addition to project management expertise, the candidate should possess strong communication skills, be able to analyze complex data, and think critically to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project deliverables meet expectations
  • Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, including meeting minutes, correspondence, and updates

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in architecture or construction
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
