Job Title: Digital Marketing Academic Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Digital Marketing Academic Advisor. In this position, you will play a crucial part in guiding students through our digital marketing courses, ensuring their success and progress.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead Management & Conversion:
      • Manage and convert leads for various digital marketing programs by effectively communicating with prospective learners via phone, email, and chat.
      • Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for assigned leads is essential for achieving weekly enrollment, revenue, and collection targets.
    • Counseling & Coordination:
      • Provide detailed information and counseling to prospective learners, helping them make informed decisions about their academic journey.
      • Interview and coordinate admissions formalities for new joiners, ensuring a seamless transition into our program.
      • Attend walk-ins and counsel potential learners on admissions-related queries, addressing their concerns and providing guidance.
      • Follow up with prospective leads who have visited our institution, maintaining communication and nurturing relationships.
    • Fee Collection & Vendor Coordination:
      • Assist students in the fee collection process, ensuring timely payments and resolving any issues that may arise.
      • Coordinate with external vendors, such as education loan providers, for seamless admissions and financial aid processes.
      • Work with different departments to ensure a hassle-free admission process, streamlining operations and improving efficiency.
    • Sales Optimization & Reporting:
      • Improve and maintain sales conversion rates, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance performance.
      • Generate referral sales and reactivate old/lost applications to meet batch targets, driving growth and revenue.
      • Maintain a revenue mindset, optimizing sales strategies for existing product mix and delivering on key performance indicators.
      Requirements

We require candidates with the following qualifications and skills:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in a similar role, preferably in digital marketing or education.
  • Skills:
    • Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, enabling effective engagement with learners and stakeholders.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with potential learners, establishing strong relationships and credibility.
    • Excellent closure techniques and convincing skills, driving sales and conversions.
    • Ability to multitask and work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Revenue-focused with a strong ability to think numerically and optimize sales strategies, delivering results and growth.
