
Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our paid marketing efforts across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing and be able to develop and implement effective campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid marketing strategies across multiple channels, including Meta, Google, and TikTok.
- Manage large-scale budgets and track ROI to ensure optimal performance.
- Build and manage high-quality marketing funnels to achieve CAC, LTV, and payback period benchmarks.
- Collaborate with creative, product, and data teams to drive conversion rate optimization and campaign impact.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and platform innovations to maximize performance.
Requirements:
- 6–10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 2–3 years in a fast-growing D2C brand.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale ad spends across multiple platforms.
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, with strong technical know-how in campaign setup, attribution, and optimization.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in cohort analysis, funnel tracking, and performance dashboards.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, or equivalent.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work cross-functionally with creative, product, and growth teams.
- Bias for action, experimentation, and data-driven decision making.
