Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with trading, risk, operations, and finance teams to gather business requirements and map them to Microsoft Dynamics system functionalities.
  • Manage the full trade lifecycle: trade capture, validation, confirmation, logistics/scheduling, risk exposure calculation, settlement, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Support key risk management activities, including mark-to-market valuations, daily P&L reporting and reconciliation, market and credit risk exposure analysis, hedge effectiveness tracking, and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics systems to meet commodity-specific requirements.
  • Ensure accurate integration of market data feeds for pricing and risk analytics, collaborate on logistics and scheduling modules, assist with settlement processes such as invoicing, payment matching, and accruals, and work closely with IT teams to implement system enhancements, interface integrations, and data migration.
  • Conduct various types of system testing and document results, ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting standards, and provide end-user training, documentation, knowledge transfer, and production support.
Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics systems.
  • Strong understanding of commodity trading processes and risk management principles.
  • Experience with data integration, trade lifecycle management, and system configuration.
  • Familiarity with market data providers and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Problem-solving skills and effective teamwork are essential for success in this role.
