About Us

We are seeking an innovative professional to join our organization as a Senior Product Portfolio Analyst.

  • This role is ideal for an individual who possesses a unique blend of technical expertise in AI/ML, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs), and business acumen. As a Senior Analyst, you will be instrumental in leveraging AI technologies to enhance our portfolio management processes while contributing to business strategy and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to determine funding opportunities, provide AI-powered tools to facilitate stakeholder alignment and investment prioritization.

  • AI & LLM Integration: Design and implement AI and LLM-based solutions to automate and enhance product reporting, data management, and decision-making processes.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports integrated with AI-powered insights to support product portfolio management decisions.
  • Business & Financial Analysis: Utilize your business and financial acumen to contribute to the development of business cases and strategic initiatives.
  • Automation & Process Improvement: Design and implement automation solutions to streamline reporting and data management processes.
  • Database Architecture & Development: Collaborate closely with IT teams to design, develop, and maintain robust product database solutions.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work independently while actively contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Project Support: Assist in project management activities, ensuring timely delivery of technical solutions that meet business objectives.

To be considered for this role as Senior Product Portfolio Analyst, you will likely have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in portfolio management, product development, or a similar role, with a focus on AI/ML applications.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs) and their business applications.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing multiple AI-driven projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerBI, AI/ML tools, databases, and Azure DevOps.
  • Experience in developing and deploying AI models, particularly LLMs, in a business context.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on leveraging AI for decision-making.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy, quality, and ethical AI implementation.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners on AI initiatives.
