Project Portfolio Optimization Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Portfolio Optimization Manager to lead and optimize our project portfolio using advanced tools. The ideal candidate will drive strategic planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering exceptional project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee enterprise-wide project portfolio using project management tools.
  • Develop and implement portfolio strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate resource planning and allocation to maximize efficiency across projects.
  • Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Identify portfolio risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvements in portfolio management processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or portfolio optimization.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and portfolios.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
