Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the activation and servicing of demat holdings within a specified Region Zone Cluster. This role entails overseeing the entire gamut of demat holding operations, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of Investment Specialists (IS), Senior Investment Specialists (Sr. IS), and Virtual Investment Specialists (V. IS). They will work closely with these teams to identify opportunities for asset gathering and revenue growth through existing and acquired Super Investor customer bases.

Key responsibilities include conducting in-depth portfolio reviews of clients, providing research updates to team members and Super Investor clients, and training the team on portfolio reviews. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing productivity across the team in asset gathering, as well as servicing and garnering assets of Super Investors within the given geography.
