Chief Engineering Strategist

About the Opportunity:

This is a full-time on-site role that plays a pivotal part in shaping our technical direction and driving innovation across our AI, Cloud, and Software solutions.

As the Chief Engineering Strategist, you will bridge sophisticated technical expertise with strategic business acumen to deliver exceptional value to our clients.

The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader who can define technical standards, governance, and ensure scalability/security while acting as a trusted advisor to clients and C-suite stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and evolve AI, Cloud, and Software Engineering services (software architecture, AI & ML, Cloud, DevOps, observability, cloud-native solutions).
  • Define technical standards, governance, and ensure scalability/security.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Drive delivery of software solutions, MLOps, CI/CD, observability, and cloud-native projects.
  • Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams.
  • Contribute to pre-sales, solution architecture, and strategic roadmaps.
Key Qualifications:
  • Mastery of software engineering, cloud, AI, DevOps, AIOps, observability.
  • Strong cloud expertise (AWS, Azure), IaC (Terraform), Kubernetes (EKS/AKS) and monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Harness).
  • Proven leadership in engineering management and client-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
