Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic CSR Program Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, executing, and evaluating social impact programs across diverse sectors.

The role involves building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, as well as influencing senior leadership for alignment and buy-in.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of annual impact targets within defined budgets, as well as staying up-to-date with external trends and incorporating best practices into programs.

We are looking for a creative thinker and proactive learner who thrives in collaborative environments, has a strong analytical mindset, and is proficient in Microsoft Office and digital monitoring tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Development Studies, Social Work, Public Policy, or a related field
  • 4–8 years of post-graduate experience in program design and management
  • Prior work with non-profits, government bodies, or CSR teams is essential
