About this Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Loan Operations team, driving operational efficiency, risk control, and excellence in service delivery.

As Assistant Vice President, you will oversee end-to-end loan processing for India branches, ensuring high-quality services to internal and external stakeholders. Your leadership skills will inspire and develop a high-performance team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

This role involves:

  • Process improvement: Streamline operations, drive quality standards, and maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Customer focus: Deliver exceptional service, manage stakeholder relationships, and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
  • People management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring effective workload distribution and performance management.
Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead and manage the Loan Operations team, ensuring high performance, efficiency, and adherence to standards.
  • Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support for career growth.

Process Improvement:

  • Streamline loan processing, reducing timelines and enhancing quality.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, leveraging best practices and industry trends.

Customer Focus:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions to customer inquiries.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, building trust and rapport with key partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience in managing Loan Operations.
  • Strong PC skills (MS Office) and experience with system applications used for Lending.
  • Hands-on experience in managing stakeholders, governance, and toll gates.
  • Exposure to India-related regulatory guidelines and financial regulations.
