Job Title

We seek a skilled Performance Marketer to drive digital strategy and contribute to the growth of our company.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
  2. Manage performance marketing budgets and ensure efficient spend across channels.
  3. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve performance.
  4. Monitor and optimize campaign KPIs: CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, conversions, and more.
  5. Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to align campaign strategies.
  6. Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Data Studio to track performance and generate reports.
  7. Implement retargeting strategies and customer acquisition funnels across digital platforms.
  8. Analyze competitor campaigns and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in performance/digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing D2C campaigns and achieving high Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

  • Strong understanding of digital media buying, attribution, tracking, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in platforms: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, YouTube Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data into actionable insights.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in electronics or gadget-based Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brands.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Klaviyo, WebEngage).
