As a seasoned financial professional, you will take on the role of Manager - Financial Due Diligence, where you will lead client services as an Engagement manager. Your responsibilities will involve interpreting and evaluating information memoranda, business plans, and publicly available data on the target business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business's competitive positioning, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Lead your team during project execution, reviewing reports and providing valuable insights.
  • Produce high-quality deliverables within agreed timelines, briefing partners accordingly.
  • Analyze historical trading, cash flow, and balance sheets, as well as projections and underlying assumptions.
  • Evaluate operating trends, quality of earnings, maintainability of EBITDA, working capital, and cash flows considerations.
  • Identify key issues related to the deal, assess their impact on valuation, and advise on ways to address them.
  • Establish independent relationships with clients.
  • Ensure compliance with risk management procedures and activities.
  • Proactively resolve risk issues in delivering services to clients.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing efforts and continually improve processes.
  • Build and manage a team effectively, serving as a strong role model, mentor, and coach.
  • Participate in business development, proposals, and cost estimates.
