Transaction Advisory Services Manager

We seek a detail-oriented professional to lead and execute engagements across finance, valuations, due diligence, and tax advisory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to start-ups, overseeing budgeting, MIS reporting, cash flow, and investor communications.
  • Build financial discipline and governance frameworks tailored for scaling businesses.
  • Support valuations for fundraises, secondary transfers, and M&A transactions in compliance with relevant laws.
  • Lead buy-side/sell-side due diligence projects including financial health checks, revenue/margin analysis, working capital assessments, and historical reviews.
  • Provide tax structuring advice for business models and transactions, including cross-border setups, holding structures, ESOPs, and exits.
  • Manage multiple client engagements with professionalism and responsiveness. Mentor junior colleagues and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications: CA with 4–6 years of experience in transaction advisory or start-up finance team. Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, financial modeling, and valuation principles. Proven track record in client servicing and team management. Excellent communication skills. Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
