We are seeking an experienced Commercial Banking Consultant/SME to join our team.

Job Description

This individual will act as a solutions expert/advisor to internal and external stakeholders, providing strategic insights, process consulting, and domain expertise across commercial banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a domain consultant and advisor in commercial banking engagements.
  • Translate complex banking processes into actionable insights and business requirements.
  • Own RFP/RFI responses, solution creation, and go-to-market strategy for commercial banking offerings.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives in client banking operations.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in commercial banking domain.
  • Strong understanding of banking processes, systems, and compliance/regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor with Master's degree in management or related field.

Preferred qualifications include experience working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 Global banks, global exposure, and LSS training/certification. Additionally, this role requires strong analytical and project management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results and driving business growth.
