We are seeking an accomplished Real Estate Transaction Specialist to contribute to our team.
About the Role:
- Become knowledgeable about products, sales scripts, and materials before project launch.
- Work towards achieving sales targets and forecasts while managing customer service effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by efficiently handling walk-in customers, explaining projects in detail, and addressing queries.
- Negotiate with customers to close deals successfully.
- Highlight the features of projects and assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Ensure customers have an enriching experience on-site and follow up regularly as needed.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries promptly to schedule site visits.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and internal teams to ensure accurate sales forecasts and address any last-minute changes.
- Update reports and system data in a timely manner.
