About the Role

In this position as a Product Manager, you will define and communicate a clear vision for Order Capture solutions, aligning with the company's strategic objectives and customer requirements.

  • Develop and prioritize the product roadmap to ensure the team is focused on delivering maximum value.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the company, including sales, marketing, customer success, and engineering teams, to gather product requirements and feedback.
  • Translate business strategies into product strategies, plans, and initiatives.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the market, customers, competitors, and technology trends to inform product decisions.
  • Lead the product team, including product managers and owners, to achieve product goals and ensure a cohesive user experience.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of product documentation, user stories, and use cases.
  • Monitor product performance and make recommendations for enhancements or adjustments.
  • Ensure compliance with Legal, Regulatory, and Security requirements.

About You:

You will be a fit for this role if your background includes:

  • 8+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in product management, particularly with SFDC and enterprise software applications.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and Order Capture/Conga solutions with exposure to key integrating technologies such as SAP S4/HANA.
  • Comfortable working in a Hybrid Working Model (2 days Mandatory WFO in a week).
  • Prior experience in handling and leading a team.
  • Results-oriented, impact driven, and strategic thinker that enjoys helping stakeholders from current state to future state.
  • Thrives working collaboratively and cross-functionally, particularly with Sales, Solution and Technical Architects, Designers, and External Partners.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Expert in Agile methodologies and product development life cycles.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize complex data to inform decision-making.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field.
