Job Title: Product Owner

NTT DATA Services is seeking a skilled Product Owner to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

About the Role:

The Product Owner will work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to comprehend business processes at a detailed level. This involves creating and owning user stories/business requirements documents as an outcome of requirements gathering sessions and detailing out user stories in agile sprints for the scrum team to work upon.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend daily stand-ups, story-pointing meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure progress on requests and removal of blockers.
  • Identify business process improvements and opportunities for automation.
  • Document work using flow charts, written descriptions, screenshots, and videos.
  • Participate in roadmap planning and identifying touch points in multi-cloud implementations.
  • Apply knowledge, skills, and judgment to make decisions and resolve issues.
  • React to process and product-related questions and escalate issues to the correct team or to management, as necessary.
  • As required, participate in the UAT and Go-Live process, including test planning, development of test scripts, test execution, and status reporting.
  • Develop strong client relationships by building trust, rapport, and positive working relationships with both stakeholders and team members.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise software as an analyst or product owner.
  • Proven capability to understand business strategies and application objectives and translate those requirements into effective implementation designs.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to clearly document requirements and process assets using text, diagrams, and videos.
  • Clear verbal communicator, with the ability to effectively interact with business stakeholders to drive the discussion.
  • Self-directed, with the ability to break down a complex process, assign actions, and manage progress toward a set timeline.
  • Experience with delivering product features within the Salesforce ecosystem.
